Bill insurance?

Utah does not have codes that accurately represent the services I provide, even though the therapy is within the scope of practice of massage therapy. To submit a code that is inaccurate constitutes insurance fraud.

Provide therapy for anyone whose health is associated with a legal matter?

Legal matters are costly, complicated and time consuming. I am not willing to be involved with legal matters including appearing in court or being subpoenaed by the court. If you are injured or ill and become involved in a legal matter in regard to your health, we need to stop treatments until the case has been resolved and closed by the court.
