Cancellation Policy

Late Policy: If you arrive late your appointment will still end at it's scheduled time and you will still pay full price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will not receive treatment and you will still pay full price. Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 24 hours in advance of your appointment or you will be charged full price for your appointment. If you get sick or have an emergency within the 24-hour window before your appointment please contact me to waive payment at my discretion. You are responsible for considering traffic to arrive on time.
